At Urban Custom Prints, we’re dedicated to delivering your custom-made shirts with care and efficiency. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works. 


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This timeframe includes the creation and quality check of your custom shirt(s), and is separate from the actual shipping time.

To estimate when your order will arrive, please add 3–5 business days of processing time to the shipping time selected at checkout.

IMPORTANT:
We’ll review your design and send an approval or denial via email within 1-2 business days, so please be sure to provide a valid email address at checkout to avoid delays.


Shipping Times and Rates

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout:

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Varies by destination and customs procedures.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance (for international shipments).


Shipping Costs

  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Larger orders may incur higher shipping fees due to increased weight.
  • International shipments may also result in higher shipping costs and additional customs fees.

We recommend reviewing all shipping costs carefully before finalizing your order.


Shipping Addresses and Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Urban Custom Prints is not liable for lost or stolen packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your shipment is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will gladly assist by providing tracking information and supporting your claim but are not responsible for issuing refunds or replacements in these cases.
